returns & refunds policy

Returns policy

If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, we will accept return of the artwork within 14 days of purchase.   Please note that any refunds need to be done within in this time frame.

Refunds will be restricted to artwork only and will exclude bespoke framing and original shipping costs.

Returning the artwork

We will be pleased to arrange a courier service who will quote the cost prior to pick up.

 

We would request that the item is securely packaged ideally in the original wrapping etc, and we will send the necessary address labels for return.

When does the refund get issued?

We will initiate an immediate refund once the artist/gallery has received the artwork and is satisfied that it is in original condition as sold.
